Please join us as we explore the Nine Principles of Harmony through a body-centered meditation, self Breema Exercises, and Breema sequence demonstration. 

The Breema system includes a complete repertoire of Self-Breema exercises, which can be done on your own body anywhere, at any time, in ordinary clothing. Like Breema Bodywork, Self-Breema is a unifying method. Body, mind, and feelings come into harmony through a common activity.
