Our family of three got a full share of fresh and delicious veggies last year. Knowing that our PeaceWeaver family nurtured them, the veggies were even more delicious!  We love Thunder Mountain and seeing exactly where our food comes from is invaluable. We don’t worry about pesticides, exploited workers, factory farming practices or monocultures. Everything is responsibly and sustainably produced with integrity and love for our planet and all her inhabitants.

The food variety was great. New vegetables with their recipes gave us many easy adventures in gourmet organic cooking. They help us teach healthy eating to our teenage daughter and her friends. Any abundance we couldn’t use for our little family became great gifts for friends. Homemade pickles and frozen tomatoes & pesto extended our share well into winter. We can’t wait to pick up our first share in 2014!      ~Margo & David, Buffalo

Hello from the PeaceWeaver Organic Farm on Thunder Mountain. Even though our fields are covered in snow, we are preparing for our 2015 CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) season.

We invite you to be a Member of our CSA. As a Member, you will receive 6-10 kinds of fresh-picked organic produce each week from June through mid-October (20 weeks). You can pick up your Share on Tuesdays at one of the following locations ~ in Buffalo at Ashker’s Juice Bar & Bistro, in Hamburg at Bikram Yoga Hamburg, or in Snyder at Paula & Kevin Connors’ home.

Below is a list of vegetables we grow and what kinds you're likely to receive in your share each month. What we harvest each week depends on how well the plants do with the amount of moisture and sunshine they get. This list is just to give you a sense of what we grow. Some of the items listed are more available at the beginning or end of each month. Weekly shares will be smaller in the beginning of the season and larger as the days grow warmer. We send weekly emails explaining what is in your share and providing recipes for tasty dishes.
