Paula Connors is a certified Breema® Bodywork Practitioner/Instructor, and longtime member of the alternative and educational communities in Western New York.

Over the years, Paula has been a program instructor for People, Inc., teacher at Calasantius School for the Gifted, Director of Educational Outreach for First Hand Learning, and Outreach Coordinator for the PeaceWeavers. Her dedication to community is extensive. She and her husband, Kevin, were founding members of the Aurora Waldorf School. Paula also has co-coordinated many community events in the greater Buffalo area including the first Waldorf Summer School and Waldorf Winter Fair; Parks Alive Concert Series; and several PeaceWeaver events such as Relay for Peace, An Evening with Dr. Emoto, The Power of Peace and Healing, Wellness Weekends at Gilda’s Club, and Peace Matters with Arun Ghandi and the PeaceWeavers.

Paula’s passion for conscious, heartfelt living blossomed after meeting the PeaceWeavers in 2001. Through her close service work and affiliation to the PeaceWeaver community and Breema Center, she has developed a unique approach to wellness which includes practices such as yoga, meditation, Do-In, skin-brushing, Self-Breema exercises and conscious eating.

Paula now provides Breema treatments, teaches Gentle Yoga and Self-Breema at Rising Sun Yoga, and facilitates a variety of wellness seminars around WNY. She also works part-time at Wild Things in Buffalo (specializing in one-of-a-kind jewelry) where she offers  a beautiful line of hand-crafted organic skin care products by Grateful Body.  Her deepest desire is for self-understanding and supporting greater health and happiness in the world.
